Members may cancel after the 4-month minimum commitment with 30 days’ notice.
No refunds are provided for partial months or missed appointments.
Missed or late cancellations (within 2 business days) will count toward your monthly package of two tans.
Cancellation & Changes
Membership requires a minimum commitment of 4 consecutive months.
For example, if your membership begins on July 15, your first charge occurs that day, with subsequent charges every 30 days (August 14, September 13, October 13).
After the 4-month minimum, membership continues on a 30-day cycle until a verbal request is provided to cancel with at least 30 days’ notice.
